Terms of Enrolloment

FEES AND TEMPLE AFFILIATION

A $250.00 deposit must accompany this application form in order to reserve a space. This includes a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00. After the first child in a family is registered, there will be a $100.00 sibling tuition reduction for each additional child. $150.00 will be refunded for reservations cancelled before January 15, 2008. $100.00 will be refunded for reservations cancelled before April 15, 2008. No refunds will be made after April 15, 2008. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 1, 2008.

Canadian checks must be marked “US FUNDS.”

**There is an additional fee of $300.00 per four week session, $150.00 per two week session, charged for campers whose families are not members of congregations affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism (not to exceed $500 a family).

The following applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis (and enrolled as space permits):

  1. Camper applications from families affiliated with U.R.J. congregations.
  2. Applications from campers who attended GUCI last summer and whose families are members of congregations affiliated with other movements.
  3. Applications from campers who were on our 2007 waiting list and whose families belong to congregations affiliated with the U.R.J. or another movement.
  4. Siblings of currently enrolled campers.

The following camper applications will be held until January 1, 2008 for enrollment (as space permits):

  1. Families whose children were not in camp last summer and are not members of U.R.J.. congregations.
  2. Families not affiliated with any congregation.
  3. Families who are members of congregations not affiliated with any movement.

    SCHOLARSHIPS

    Scholarship information for families affiliated with the U.R.J. is available through the camp office.
    We are open to all, regardless of race, or national origin.
